These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Budget Envelopes mobile application (the "App") provided by Dimmple ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a personal envelope-style budgeting tool. You create virtual wallets with budget caps, assign each wallet to a weekly, monthly, or yearly cycle, and manually log income and expenses against them. The App does not connect to any bank and does not import transactions automatically. All financial entries are entered by you.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. You may begin using the App as an anonymous user and later upgrade to an authenticated account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
"Your Content" means the wallets, budgets, transactions, notes, and other information you enter into the App. You retain all rights to Your Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the App and providing the service to you.

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
The App, including its design, source code, trademarks, and all associated content other than Your Content, is owned by Dimmple and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
The App is a personal budgeting tool only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any financial decisions you make based on that data. We do not guarantee that the App will be suitable for your specific financial situation.
We provide the App on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimmple and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that exposes us or other users to risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, and 13) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, we will notify you inside the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dimmple is established, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
